Paul McEvoy is the President, Owner of Nigel Paul Management, Inc. Mr. McEvoy specializes in entertainment consulting and referring performing and non-performing entertainment staff to Cruise Lines as well as entertainment production companies.

As an industry insider, Mr. McEvoy has successfully placed staff at Regent Seven Seas Cruises, Seabourn Cruise Line and Paul Gauguin Shipping, as well as connecting many new guest entertainers to various International cruise lines. NPMI clients include Blackburn International (UK) Ltd. and PGT Entertainment, which contracts over 200 performers a year.

Mr. McEvoy has been responsible for developing and managing the entertainment programs for the most exclusive luxury cruise lines for over 20 years. Most recently, as Entertainment Manager for Seabourn Cruise Line he was responsible for all aspects of the entertainment product for this high-end cruise line and its discerning guests.

For more than eight years, Mr. McEvoy was an integral part of creating the entertainment and cruise department of Radisson Seven Seas Cruises (currently Regent Seven Seas Cruises). As Director of Entertainment he created an entertainment program for six vessels, and eventually led Radisson into a new realm of a sophisticated production show entertainment and guest entertainer programs.

As Entertainment Director for Costa Cruise Line and Director of Onboard Programming for Regency Cruises, he was responsible for many different entertainment aspects from overseeing the setup and financial success of the shore excursion program to the hiring of all Cruise Directors, Entertainers, Musicians and managed the cruise departments for multiple cruise ships.

Mr. McEvoy’s long standing career within the International Cruise Ship entertainment industry makes him an expert consultant – focusing on tailoring entertainment for a cruise line’s average guest demographic, NPMI consults on evening passenger flow and the maximizing of onboard revenue before, during and after showtimes.
